What did you learn about "lifelong wellness" from taking this activity class? I learned that there does exist such thing as a healthy lifestyle. I mean it both physically and mentally. In order to have that healthy lifestyle, you must be willing to incorporate it as a balanced lifestyle. To be consistent you must not just work on feeling physically healthy but also being mentally healthy on a day to day basis. No one is going to do it for you, so you must always be aware that you are in control of the choices you make in order to fit into your lifestyle.
How would you apply this information to your life? I believe that the concept of which I address above, is more of a way of thinking in order to apply it to your life. You need to know your worth both mentally and physically, you can achieve anything if you set your mind to it. The limits you place, the end goal is yours to reach in however way you want to. Healthy lifestyles do exist, it is just the matter of taking things into your own hands and making it happen.
What is your intention to continue to exercise in your life and WHY? The plan is not continue incorporating exercise into my life as long as I can. Hopefully I am able to reach the point where it no longer feels like just a task that I check off at the end of the day but rather it has become incorporated into my balanced lifestyle. I choose to do so because I know that it is beneficial for me not just in the present but also in the long run. If exercise can help me on a day to day basis then it will continue to have a place in my life. What are some of your general ideas for improving this course? I believe that this course is great just the way it is. The energy that you experience and the positivity that you gain from reaching your fitness goal is enough to make you want to keep coming back. This course really shows you that you are in control on how much to push yourself and in the end you really surprise yourself how much you can really handle.
