Goal #1 : DRINK MORE WATER
How am I going to accomplish it - I am going to first buy me a new water bottle. Then I going to fill it up at least 4 times a day and drink it all. How did I do on this goal - I did better than I expected, I drank 4 bottles of water each day! Goal #3 : SNACK MORE HEALTHFULLY
How am I going to accomplish it - I am going to replace my usual snack (popcorn, chips, chocolate)I am going to replace it with fruits and vegetables. How did I do on this goal - I did great! I found myself snacking on a healthier basis |
Goal #2 : GET ENOUGH SLEEP
How am I going to accomplish it - I'm going to set a bedtime (9PM) and set a wake up time (7AM). How did I do on this goal - The first day was hard going to sleep by my set time, but as the week progressed It became easier. I felt more active! Goal #4 : EAT SOME SORT OF PROTEIN
How am I going to accomplish it - I am going to eat some sort of protein after exercising. Eggs, almonds, peanuts, oats, Greek yogurt, etc. How did I do on this goal - I successfully ate a protein after working out, especially Greek yogurt with oats and almonds/peanuts. |
